After long training (6h)...it's really nice to arrive just on time to watch Slagter's attack in the last km of the Giro's stage!! Congrats!

Third day on Sierra Nevada, in the morning phisiotherapist and 3h easy on the bike. Now in the afternoon jacuzzi!!

Good news!! Today the doctor Maestro has taken off the plaster, tomorrow I'm going to put a splint and train in the road. I'm happy!!!
