Last stage of #RAIT hope the legs will be a lot better then yesterday. We'll see.....

Today I just wasn't good.On long climb had to let the first group go,makes you feel an idiot.Finished 41th.Not good for the moral #RAIT

First long climbes,though but I liked it.Ended in first small bunch,don't know full result yet.Tomorrow a 20k climb. #RAIT

Same ritual as always in a stage course:breakfast and pasta.start will be at 1.30pm 181k,3x3GPM,1x2GPM,1x1GPM finish uphill: hard stage!

Almost time for dinner: 9pm. That's the weird schedule during a stage course...

Had a flat tire in last 20k as well. At least the weather was good 28degrees and sun....
