Yesterday Svein Tuft burnt off the equivalent of 5 McDonald Big Mac MEALS. That's Fries and Coke included. Wow.

Tirreno Adriatico starts tomorrow. Can't wait to get the racing underway and nothing better to kick it off with a 60km hour TTT effort.
